Cosmo First Limited acquires Mumbai-based Prolife Speciality Vet Clinic LLP to expand Zigly’s petcare services

Cosmo First Limited announced it has entered into a business transfer agreement to acquire “Prolife Speciality Vet Clinic LLP” in Mumbai on an “as is where is” basis through a slump sale, according to a regulatory filing. The acquisition will accelerate the growth of veterinary services within the company’s Petcare division, Zigly, with the target entity having a current annual run rate of Rs 4.36 crore and a turnover of Rs 0.83 crore, Rs 0.83 crore, and Rs 1.95 crore for fiscal years 2024, 2025, and 2026, respectively; the consideration is not disclosed due to confidentiality.
