Agarwal Fortune India Limited re-appointed Mr. Agarwal as managing director through July 2032

Agarwal Fortune India Limited, formerly Devki Leasing and Finance Limited, announced that its shareholders approved the appointment of M/s Jethani and Associates as statutory auditors for one year, effective from the conclusion of the 34th Annual General Meeting on September 29, 2026, until the conclusion of the 35th AGM in 2027, and re-appointed Mr. Mahesh Kumar Agarwal as managing director for a further five-year term commencing July 22, 2027, and ending July 21, 2032.
