Systematix Corporate Services invests Rs 10 crore in subsidiary to cover working capital

Systematix Corporate Services Limited announced an investment of Rs 10 crore by subscribing to 1,00,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each in its wholly owned subsidiary, Systematix Wealth & Asset Services Private Limited, to meet working capital requirements. The transaction, considered a related party transaction, was made at arm’s length, and Systematix Wealth & Asset Services Private Limited, formerly known as Systematix Wealth & Asset Management Private Limited & Systematix Ventures Private Limited, reported a turnover of Rs 193.06 lakh for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.
