Jindal Capital Limited to halt share trading ahead of financial results announcement

Jindal Capital Limited will close its trading window for company shares from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015; the date for the board meeting to approve the results will be announced later.
