Kalpa Commercial Limited shareholders approved MOA and AOA updates at their AGM

Kalpa Commercial Limited informed the BSE that its shareholders approved the adoption of a new Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA) at the company's 41st Annual General Meeting held on September 28, 2026. The changes to the MOA were necessary to align with the Companies Act, 2013, with Clause III (A) (2) being omitted and Clause III (B) altered, while the liability of members is now limited to the amount unpaid on shares held.
