Supreme Holdings & Hospitality (India) Limited will close its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from Thursday, October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
