Power Mech Projects secures Rs 549.37 crore O&M contract from Adani's Moxie Power Generation

Power Mech Projects Limited announced it has secured an order from Moxie Power Generation Limited, a subsidiary of Adani Group, for providing complete operation and maintenance services at the 2x600 MW Tuticorin TPP, with a broad consideration of Rs 549.37 Cr, including all taxes and duties except GST. The contract, awarded by a domestic entity, will span 60 months, commencing October 1, 2026, and concluding September 30, 2031, and does not involve any related party transactions or interest from promoters, promoter groups, or group companies.
