Prism Finance shareholders approve auditor appointment and director re-appointment

Mehta & Partners as Secretarial Auditors for a five-year term starting from the financial year 2026-27 and the re-appointment of Mr. Hemendrakumar C. Shah as an Independent Director for a second five-year term effective December 4, 2026, at the company’s 32nd Annual General Meeting held September 29, 2026.
