Shree Manufacturing closes trading window ahead of financial results declaration

Shree Manufacturing Company Limited informed the BSE Ltd. that the trading window for the company will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial statements for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
