Lloyds Enterprises Limited allotted equity shares to its Employees Welfare Trust under a stock option plan

Lloyds Enterprises Limited announced that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the allotment of 1,39,298 equity shares to the Lloyds Enterprises Employees Welfare Trust before the exercise of options under the Lloyds Enterprises Limited Employee Stock Option Plan - 2025. The allotment increased the company's issued capital to Rs 1,52,66,91,243 divided into 1,52,66,91,243 equity shares and the paid-up share capital to Rs 1,52,65,23,467 divided into 1,52,63,55,691 fully paid-up equity shares and 3,35,552 partly paid-up equity shares.
