Evans Electric Ltd. will close its trading window for all designated persons starting Thursday, October 1, 2026, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, to facilitate the declaration of unaudited financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2026, with the window reopening 48 hours after the results become generally available.
