Tomorrow Technologies’ trading window closes October 1, pending financial statement declaration

Tomorrow Technologies Global Innovations Limited, formerly known as CNI Research Limited, informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its trading window will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial statements for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
