LEAP India forms Vimprotech and Total International Packaging subsidiaries in India

LEAP India Limited announced that its board of directors approved the incorporation of two wholly owned subsidiaries: Vimprotech Private Limited, with an initial capital of Rs 40,30,00,000, and Total International Packaging Solutions Private Limited, or Total Integral Packaging Solutions Private Limited, with an initial capital of Rs 1,65,00,000; both entities will be incorporated in India.
