Borkar & Muzumdar, Chartered Accountants, as the company's statutory auditors for a term of five years, effective from the conclusion of the 34th Annual General Meeting held on September 29, 2026, until the conclusion of the 39th Annual General Meeting in 2031, and M/s. SIUT & Co. LLP, Company Secretaries, as the secretarial auditors for five years, commencing from the financial year 2026-27 to 2030-31.
