Industries Limited informed the BSE Limited that the company did not issue any non-convertible securities and therefore, the schedule of payment of interest/dividend/principal obligations is not applicable for the quarter ended December 31, 2026, as per Regulation 57(4) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
