Jaykay Enterprises members learned of a modified auditor opinion at Tuesday's AGM

Jaykay Enterprises Limited held its 80th Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, where members were informed that the Statutory Auditors expressed a modified opinion in their report on the company’s audited consolidated financial statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The meeting also included discussions and resolutions regarding the re-appointment of directors, including Mr. Abhishek Singhania as Chairman & Managing Director and Mr. Partho Pratim Kar as Joint Managing Director, as well as approvals for remuneration and several material related-party transactions involving J K Technosoft Limited, Diensten Tech Limited, Nebula3D Services Private Limited, and JK Digital & Advance Systems Private Limited.
