Vanta Bioscience closes trading window for insiders ahead of financial results release

Vanta Bioscience Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the trading window for transactions in the company's shares will be closed for designated persons, their immediate relatives, and other concerned individuals, effective October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2026.
