Shashijit Infrprojects closes trading window for insiders ahead of September results

Shashijit Infrprojects Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed from Thursday, October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, for directors, promoters, designated persons, and their immediate relatives, in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
