Anirit Ventures Limited, formerly Flora Textiles Limited, will close its trading window for directors, officers, designated persons, connected persons, and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
