Oswal Greentech shareholders appointed BGMG & Associates as auditors through 2031

Oswal Greentech Limited announced that shareholders at its 44th Annual General Meeting on September 29, 2026, approved the appointment of M/s. BGMG & Associates as the company’s statutory auditors for a term of five consecutive years, from the conclusion of the current AGM until the conclusion of the 49th AGM in 2031, and also appointed M/s. Anuj Gupta & Associates as the secretarial auditor for a term of five consecutive financial years beginning in fiscal 2026-27. Additionally, the company appointed M/s. Anuj Gupta & Associates to fill a casual vacancy in the secretarial auditor position.
