Containe Technologies Limited announced that its board of directors approved the allotment of 84,05,000 fully paid-up equity shares at an issue price of Rs 1 per share to eligible equity shareholders and Renouncees, pursuant to a rights issue, increasing the company's paid-up equity share capital from Rs 6,99,40,000 to Rs 15,39,90,000.
