EBIX Limited will halt trading for connected persons following quarterly results release

EBIX LIMITED, formerly known as Eraaya Lifespaces Limited, will close its trading window for designated and specified connected persons from Wednesday, October 01, 2026, until 48 hours after the financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, become generally available, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Limited on September 29, 2026.
