Power Mech Projects Limited will close its trading window for designated persons, their immediate relatives, and connected persons from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of un-audited financial results for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
