Poojaa Precision Engg appoints Borkar & Muzumdar as statutory auditors for five years

Poojaa Precision Engg Limited announced that its members approved the appointment of M/s. Borkar & Muzumdar, Chartered Accountants, as the company's statutory auditors for a term of five years, effective from the conclusion of the 34th Annual General Meeting held on September 29, 2026, until the conclusion of the 39th Annual General Meeting in 2031, and M/s. SIUT & Co. LLP, Company Secretaries, as the secretarial auditors for a term of five years, commencing from fiscal year 2026-27 to fiscal year 2030-31, both appointments made at the company's annual general meeting.
