Noida Toll Bridge Company will restrict trading for insiders awaiting financial results in 2026

Noida Toll Bridge Company Limited will close its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of its audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The date of the board meeting to consider the financial results will be announced later, and National Securities Depository Limited will freeze the PAN of designated persons during the trading window closure.
