ITI Limited closes securities trading window ahead of financial results declaration

ITI Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
