Meenakshi (India) Limited announced that its members approved the appointment of Mr. Kedarise Jy Naga Mahesh Kumar (DIN: 00176969) as a Non-Executive Independent Director at the company's Annual General Meeting held on September 28, 2026, for a term of five consecutive years, commencing from September 28, 2026, and ending on September 27, 2031. The company also noted that Mr. Kumar is not related to any other director and satisfies the independence criteria under the Companies Act, 2013, and SEBI Listing Regulations.
