Lippi Systems appoints Harilal Patel as Additional Director with five-year term

Lippi Systems Limited informed the BSE that its board of directors appointed Mr. Harilal Ratanshibhai Patel (DIN: 11943723) as an Additional Director (Non-Executive, Independent) for a term of five consecutive years, effective September 29, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. The company also reconstituted its Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders’ Relationship Committee, with Mr. Patel assuming the chairmanship of each committee.
