Sharda Motor Industries' trading window to close October 1, 2026, for designated persons

Sharda Motor Industries Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that the trading window for its designated persons, connected persons, and their relatives will be closed from October 1, 2026, until forty-eight hours after the declaration of the company’s financial results for the second quarter of the financial year 2026-27.
