Binani BIL Vyapar Limited to close trading window ahead of financial results release

Binani BIL Vyapar Limited, formerly known as Binani Industries Limited, will close its trading window from October 1, 2026, for consideration of its unaudited financial results for the second quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with BSE Circulars dated April 2, 2019. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the results become generally available to the public, and all officers and designated employees have been restricted from trading in the company's equity shares during this period.
