Bhatia Colour Chem Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's shares will be closed for directors, officers, designated persons, and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the company’s unaudited financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI regulations.
