DRA Consultants closes securities trading window for insiders ahead of financial results

DRA Consultants Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed from October 1, 2026, for all designated persons, including directors, key managerial personnel, and designated employees, and their immediate relatives, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2026.
