Reliable Ventures India will halt trading for insiders pending results declaration in late September

Reliable Ventures India Limited (Scrip Code: 532124) will close its trading window from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, for designated persons, immediate relatives, and connected persons, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015; the company will also schedule a board meeting to consider and approve the financial results.
