Piramal Pharma shutters securities trading for insiders pending financial results in late 2026

Piramal Pharma Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will be closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the half year ending September 30, 2026, with the date of the board meeting to approve the results to be communicated later.
