Decipher Labs will restrict trading for insiders following SEBI regulations in 2026

Decipher Labs Limited, formerly Combat Drugs Limited, will close its trading window for designated persons, their immediate relatives, and connected persons from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
