Amber Enterprises restricts insider trading ahead of September 2026 financial results

Amber Enterprises India Limited will close its trading window for designated persons, immediate relatives, and other insiders from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
