Anupam Rasayan acquires 22.5 million shares, gaining control of Bliss GVS Pharma

Anupam Rasayan India Limited acquired an additional 22,50,000 equity shares of Bliss GVS Pharma Limited through an on-market transaction on September 28, 2026, at a price of Rs 723.2883 per share. With this acquisition, Anupam Rasayan, along with Mates Visa Consultancy Private Limited, collectively holds 5,32,36,264 equity shares of Bliss, representing 50.07% of Bliss’s equity share capital, granting them control of the company and designating them as ‘promoters’ with effect from September 28, 2026. The total consideration for the acquisition was Rs 162,73,98,675, excluding levies and transaction costs.
