Pakka Limited closes securities trading window ahead of quarterly results release

Pakka Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that the trading window for its securities will be closed from October 1, 2026, for all designated persons and their immediate relatives, in compliance with SEBI regulations, and will reopen 48 hours after the public dissemination of the company’s unaudited financial results for the second quarter ending September 30, 2026.
