Coforge appoints Akhil Kumar Gupta as Chairperson, effective September 2026, for 5 years

Coforge Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Akhil Kumar Gupta as an Additional Director and Non-Executive Independent Director, and as Chairperson of the Board, effective September 29, 2026, for a term of 5 years, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Gupta, formerly Vice Chairman of Bharti Enterprises, currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of 360 ONE WAM Ltd and Bharti Life Insurance Ltd, and is also on the boards of Zepto, Snapdeal, Eutelsat Communications, and Lodha Developers.
