Insolution Energy appoints Usha Sharma as Additional Director, pending shareholder approval

Insolution Energy Limited announced the appointment of Usha Sharma as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive Independent Women Director, effective September 28, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Sharma, who holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Delhi, recently retired from the Indian Administrative Service after a 38-year career, most recently serving as Chief Secretary of Government of Rajasthan.
