Bhatia Communications restricts trading for insiders ahead of September 2026 results

Bhatia Communications & Retail (India) Limited will close its trading window for directors, officers, designated persons, and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
