Nivaka Fashions shareholders appoint Maark & Associates as auditors for five years

Nivaka Fashions Limited announced that its shareholders approved the appointment of Maark & Associates as Statutory Auditors for a term of 5 years, and Ms. Neha Anup Poddar as Secretarial Auditor until the ensuing Annual General Meeting, with a further proposed appointment for 5 consecutive years, at the company’s 43rd Annual General Meeting held on September 28, 2026. Additionally, Mrs. Meenakshi Saini was appointed as an Independent Director, and Mr. Bhavin Shantilal Jain was re-appointed as Chairman and Managing Director, while Mr. Dinesh Jamnadas Shah will cease to be an Independent Director effective September 29, 2026, and the tenure of M/s. ADV & Associates, the current Statutory Auditors, will end at the conclusion of the same AGM.
