Fluidomat shareholders re-appointed Shri Ashok Jain as Chairman & Managing Director for 3 years

Fluidomat Limited announced that members of the company approved the re-appointment of Shri Ashok Jain (DIN: 00007813) as Chairman & Managing Director for a further period of 3 years w.e.f. 1st July, 2027, at the 50th Annual General Meeting held on 26th September, 2026. Shri Jain, born on 05-01-1949, has more than 53 years of experience in the company’s product field and is also a director of Redwood Packaging Pvt. Ltd.; relationships disclosed include Shri Kunal Jain as son, Mrs. Radhica Sharma as daughter, and Mrs. Monica Jain as daughter.
