Embassy Developments will halt securities trading following regulatory compliance procedures

Embassy Developments Limited, formerly Equinox India Developments Limited, will close its trading window for securities transactions from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of its unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
