Nakoda Group closes securities trading window ahead of financial results release

Nakoda Group of Industries Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd and Bombay Stock Exchange Limited that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will be closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.
