Maharashtra Corporation Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed for designated persons from Thursday, October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
