Indoco Remedies forms Warren Lifesciences to manufacture and sell pharmaceutical products

Indoco Remedies Limited announced the incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary, Warren Lifesciences Private Limited, on September 26, 2026, under the Companies Act, 2013. Warren Lifesciences Private Limited has an authorized share capital of Rs 100,000 divided into 10,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each, and will focus on the manufacture, development, and sale of pharmaceutical products, including active pharmaceutical ingredients and finished formulations. Indoco Remedies will hold 100% of the subsidiary's paid-up share capital through a cash consideration of Rs 10 per share.
