Modern Diagnostic closes securities trading window ahead of financial results submission

Modern Diagnostic & Research Centre Limited will close its trading window for securities from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the submission of the company’s unaudited financial results for the half-year ending September 30, 2026, in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the company said in a filing to the BSE Limited.
