West Leisure Resorts appoints directors and manager at its annual meeting

West Leisure Resorts Limited announced that its members approved the appointment and regularization of Mr. Satyanarayan Gangadhar Kurry and Mrs. Radha Chotalia as Non-Executive Non-Independent Directors, liable to retire by rotation, at its Annual General Meeting held on September 28, 2026. Additionally, the company appointed Ms. Jyoti Shinde as Manager for a period of five years, effective April 1, 2026.
