NACDAC Infrastructure Limited has received sanction for an enhancement of its existing order from Uttarakhand Pey Jal Sansadhan Vikas Evam Nirman Nigam (Construction Wing), Haldwani, Uttarakhand, for an additional Rs 13,46,46,477, bringing the revised contract value to approximately Rs 34.43 crore (excluding GST). The order, secured prior to the company's Initial Public Offering, covers extra items for the construction of a Bus Terminal and Workshop Building in Ramnagar, Uttarakhand, with completion expected by March 2027, representing an approximate 64.2% increase over the original contract value of Rs 20.97 crore. The company confirmed that neither the promoter group nor any group companies have an interest in the awarding entity, and the transaction does not constitute a related party transaction.
